High standards
Indaver has consciously opted for integrated and uniform management systems. They ensure the safety, reliability and traceability of all processes. We scrupulously monitor our own impact on the environment.
Certified
We have opted for certified management systems, both at our own sites and at those of Total Waste Management customers. With certification by an independent external certification agency, a third-party expert confirms that our management systems are operating correctly. Depending on the region, Indaver holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) certificates and specific regional certificates.
Here is a summary of the certifications per region.
Integrated
What distinguishes Indaver is a maximum level of automation and integration of the various business processes. This is how we intend to retain our position as a top-quality partner on the market of sustainable waste management. Thanks to the far-reaching integration between the various processes and systems, Indaver has an accurate view of the waste to be processed and can guarantee its customers complete traceability of their waste flows at all times.
Constantly monitored
We continually monitor whether Indaver’s operations, and those of our partners, are performed in compliance with codes of best practice, operational procedures, legislation and the various accreditations and licences. QESH thus plays an important role in organising internal and external audits.
Continually improved
Our QESH teams maintain our ISO accreditation, conduct internal and external audits and answer customer queries in relation to QESH issues. They ensure that all our operating procedures are kept up-to-date. They track any revisions and communicate these clearly to the rest of the organisation and to subcontractors. They also ensure that these procedures are adhered to by all staff and will instigate corrective actions for any non-conformance. It is our QESH department that seeks out feedback from our customers and pushes us to constantly improve our service.
