Safety first at Indaver
Everyday our professional and experienced staff strive to provide Indaver’s high standard on services and operations. It is our first and highest priority to protect their health and safety, and also the health and safety of those involved directly or indirectly with our business. This is consistent with our core value of ‘concern for people, safety and the environment’. Indaver advocates a Group-wide safety behavioural culture with focus on continuous improvement to protect ourselves, our contractors and our visitors.
Safety Campaign
Indaver launched a groupwide safety campaign. The group-wide safety campaign consist of:
- A video message from the CEO about personnel safety.
- Planned safety talks by IMT members, visits to employees in their daily work environment to show that safety remains a top priority at all levels.
- A series of posters that focused on specific themes and the role of interaction between colleagues. The themes were chosen based on an evaluation of the safety figures.
